What is the class schedule for classes held at the L’Oréal Professionnel Academies?


Academy NYC | New York, NY: Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday 9:00 AM - 4:00PM
Academy West | Newport Beach, CA: Sunday and Monday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM




When should I arrive for any class?


Arrive 30 minutes prior to the agenda start time, for registration and breakfast.




When should I depart from any class?


Please allow yourself at least 2 hours for all airport departures and traffic.




What if I need to leave early from the class?


We discourage early departures from classes, as it can be disruptive for the other attendees, however we understand if you need to leave early. If you need to depart early, please inform the lead facilitator and front desk host before departure.

How do I redeem an Academy gift certificate?


In the Payment Method section, select Gift Certificate in the drop down menu and enter your code in the Point Code box.

You may use a Gift Certificate at the time of registration or redeem the Gift Certificate at the time of attending the class to pay your outstanding balance.




How do I pay a registration balance?


If you have not set up a payment plan, you can email or call the Academy to take care of your outstanding balance prior to attending the class. You can also pay your balance in full at the time of attending the class. We do not accept cash. We only accept credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What does the confirmation email include?


The confirmation email includes the class agenda, location and tool list for the program in which you registered for as well as a formal copy of your receipt of payment. Please save your confirmation email for your records.




I'm unable to locate my confirmation email. How can I get a confirmation email?


If you are unable to locate your confirmation email in your primary inbox, please check your junk or spam folder first. If it still cannot be located, please contact the Academy.

If I am registering for a class for my staff member, client or friend, whose contact information should I use?


On the first and second page of the registration form, you will have the opportunity to include both yours and your employees/clients e-mail address. You will both receive the confirmation email for the event.




Is a payment plan available?


Yes. The L’Oréal Professionnel Academy payment plan, for all individual Academy education classes, allows you to break down your education expenses into manageable installments.

-$200 registration fee secures your seat
-Tuition payment plan makes it easier for you to manage your bills
-Payment plans can range from 3-12 months
-Payment for payment plans can be handled via phone by contacting the Academy
-Final payment must be made two weeks prior to class date

Can I pay for L’Oréal Professionnel Education with loyalty points?


Yes! You may pay for L’Oréal Professionnel education classes with points.

If you wish to redeem points to pay for a class, you must visit LEVEL Loyalty Rewards. Choose the class that you’d like to attend and redeem the class with your points on the LEVEL Loyalty Rewards website. In your confirmation email, you will receive an order number. Then please visit the class registration page on the L’Oréal Professionnel website and enter your order number to complete your registration.

Please note, programs with limited seats are first come, first served, and seats are not held. In the event of an over-sell, our team will contact you.

What is the L’Oréal Professionnel Academy cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel your reservation you must give 30 days' notice, before the event date, to receive a full refund of your deposit. L’Oréal Professionnel Academy is permitted not to refund your deposit if cancellation is after 30 days. Please contact the Academy with any questions you may have at 917-606-9512.

Are food and beverages provided?

Breakfast and lunch are provided during L’Oréal Professionnel Academy classes.



Is there a dress code? What should I wear?


L’Oréal Professionnel Academy dress is casual, and we recommend wearing layers as temperatures can vary in the academy spaces.




Can I take photos or record video during my visit?


Yes, you may take photos so we recommend bringing your camera and/or smart phones. Recording video during classes is not allowed.




Are modeling opportunies available?


Yes! To become a model, follow these steps:
• Email current photos of your hair - front, side and back view.
• Describe what service you are interested in having: color, highlighting or cut.
• Provide current contact information where you can be reached
