can I use diactivateur together with the bleaching powder before the paint? I have fairly dark hair and I would need bleaching before I put on the blonde dye. what volume should I use?

Hi there, You have L'Oreal Professionnel in the United States. We do not recommend mixing Diactivateur with our Lighteners. Please visit your stylist for a consultation.

Hi I have bought the loreal professionel majirel in shade 1 black and also the loreal professionel diactivateur 9 vol 2.7% and i am just wondering is this the correct one to mix with this colour?

Asked by: Laur
Hi Laur, Majirel is mixing with Majicreme 20,30 or 40 Volume. It is not recommended to be mixed with Diactiateur 9 Volume. Diactiateur is recommended to be used with DiaLight or DiaRichesse Hair Color.

why would i use 9vol to take someone darker instead of 6vol?

Asked by: robyn
Hi Robyn, Thank you for asking about our Diactivateur. The 6 volume is recommended for light bases, can be applied to refresh color-treated mid-lengths and ends and tone highlights. Can also be used same day as perm, smoothing or straightening service. The 9 volume can be used to darken highlighted or lightened hair up to 4 levels, covers up to 30 percent white hair and maintain same level.

I’m using the L’Oréal dialight milkshake toner shades 10.21 and 10.12 interchangeably. I have been using the 9 volume developer, is this wrong? Should I be using the 6 volume? If so, can you explain the difference the strength of developer will make.

Asked by: Abb1
DIA Light Milkshake Shadest allow you to completely customize each and every blonde client who sits in your chair. DIA Milkshake shades gloss, tone and refresh your client's hair in less time (only 2-10 minutes!) through color balancing. Your client will walk away with bright, brilliant tone and high shine that lasts up to 6 weeks. . 6 Volume DIActivateur is for glossing and 9 Volume DIActivateur if you want to go darker.
