I need to cover my Grey hair for the roots . I want brown shades to be shown . Can you suggest what shades to go for? Thanks.  I was recommended to use 5.25 , but I did not get the brown shade, it changed to my black color & left with few grey hair.

Hi, my hair is very dark brown and I’ve been using 6N to cover grays and slightly lighten it up. After a few washes it turns to reddish.. what color do you suggest I could mix in to keep it medium brown?

Hi, I have used Marjirel shade 10 with 20% but this is not covering my grey, I don't think 10 comes in a high resistant. Is there the same colour in another product maybe Inoa that I could try or should I change my peroxide strength? Thanks

Asked by: Ang1970
Thank you for using our Majirel. If 10 does not give you enough grey coverage, we recommend you go a bit darker to #9 Light Blonde.

I have dark brown hair and grey roots. I want to change my color to be a lighter shade of brown. I used INOA 6N for length of my hair and 4N to over grey roots. The roots are covered well by rest of my hair didn’t take the color. Should I use a diff color

Asked by: Maddy
Hi there, Thank you for reaching out! The INOA 6N may be too light for your mid-lengths and ends. You may need to go to a darker shade or use a Demi-Permanent Hair Color like Dia- Light. For further assistance please call us at 800-345-5012 and provide reference #16996400.

Hi, I have a client who I have been using 5 and 5.35 on her hair for complete white coverage. She wants to slowly lighten the colour as it’s getting too dark as she ages. Can I slowly introduce 6 into the mix? Or 7.35?

Asked by: Emmm
Hi There, To go a little lighter we suggest you add 6 to the 5.35 to gradually go lighter. If you need further assistance, please call us at 800-345-5012.

Hi I wish to change to your hair colour.  My hairdresser currently uses Wella half 550 and half 660 - which colour would correspond to this? Thankyou

Asked by: Meenar
Hi there, We suggest your hairdresser do a strand test with Majirel 6.0 and 7.0.
