INOA I used 3 in scalpe upto 4inch and mid to end i used 4.15 with 30vol But mid to end grey hair was not fully cover and was some grey hair at the end was 4 there was no reflection of 15

I have lots of grey hair, would 4.0 or 5.0 more suitable to cover it? I have fine hair. I was advise to use 3% oxydant than 6% because is milder. I am afraid 3% is not strong enough to cover the greys..... could u advise. Thank you.

Thanks for your question. Both shades are in the extra coverage series and would cover 100% gray. 4.0 is Dark Brown and 5.0 is Medium Brown. We recommend using 20 volume for best gray coverage.
